I purchased the WD1000BB Western Digital harddrive. It arrived on time, and thanks to the nice internal packaging in good condition. The outside of the box had been drop-kicked by fedex, but their nice hard drive casing kept the drive in good condition. My only complaint is the lack of shipping information provided online. I like to be able to track my order. Other than that, it was perfect! Good job and I will be back.

I ordered my monitor on 01/26/03 and it arrived 01/29/03.I was so pleased and it was not special shipping either I was expecting at least a week. I will be visiting ivitex.com website at least weekly in case I find something I just have to have. Ordered a Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 2060u monitor Sunday night. Received the monitor via regular ground delivery Thursday. Appreciated the fact that ivitex.com stated whether the item was in stock before ordering. Wasted 14 days when I initially ordering from Amazon.com. Amazon eventually sent me an email saying they could not aquire the monitor from their regular sources. Really appreciated ivitex.com sending a email with the FedEx tracking number immediately after shipment. Able to track the shipment every day on the Internet. On Thursday, after work I went on FedEx's site to see where it was at. When I saw that the monitor had been loaded on a local truck for delivery, I went to the front door only to see the delivery guy wheeling the monitor up the driveway. Very happy with the monitor thus far. Extremely happy with the price paid. The lowest by far for this monitor. I ordered from ivitex.com because of the many high ratings and reviews it received for customer service and reliability. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I had a great shopping experience. When I was contacted by phone to tell me they did not have the monitor I ordered; I thought "here comes the switch game and it is going to cost me". I was wrong.
