We send you a box with a Return Box on the inside.

The label will already have your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)

This is needed prior to sending us any product(s).

We will only accept product(s) with a Serial Number which is visible and intact.

The product must be in fair condition; in repairable or resalable condition.

All shipments for repair must be sent within 7 days after receipt of your Return Box.

Keep in mind that if a box received is not up to standards considering prior descriptions,

it will quickly be returned and client will be advised of no attempt to service product(s).
