Shipping Policy


All shipments are automatically insured for $100 for shipping damage or package lost. Shipping insurance is optional to be added to your shopping cart. If there is no shipping insurance added to order, the damaged coverage will be up to $100.

For all international shipments, the buyers are responsible for all custom, duty, and import fees.

These fees are not included in the shipping charges.


 
Return Policy 

Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. Our top mission is to provide high quality products above the industrial standard. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, and/or it does not meet the industrial standard, we will replace your products or refund your purchase if eligible. Our LCD products are in accordance with ISO 13406-2 standard, it defines more than 0.0005% of screen pixels to be faulty. So industry standard dictates acceptable 2-5 dead pixel. Most screens are tested fine before shipping and guaranteed in good working condition.

 

If there is a problem with your order, dont worry we will help you.

Please pack your return item well and include some information about your order or put your invoice in the box.

If its a very small part or component which could be less then 5 inches and less then $50 in value, please use a simple bubble mailer and send it insured with the post office, this typically saves you money and time, please put your invoice in the envelope.

If you wish to exchange or return your purchase and cannot visit our store, You can simply fill out an RMA Form (in order to expedite, please ensure the RMA form is completed thoroughly).  Please send your request for an RMA form via email at support@ivitex.com Also  Please give us a description of the problem you may have encountered. A RMA number would be issued by e-mail to the buyer only and within 5 business days.

A RMA number is required for all refunds or returned items. If the item is DOA, you must contact us within 5 (five) days after the package delivery date for an exchange.

The RMA number will be voided after 5 business days of issuing date. The returned item has to be in the original packaging with your RMA number written outside of the package. All returned screens must have all original labels in place and before of any signs of usage, tampering and dents. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return of DOA, wrong part order, and non-used part, and warranty exchanges.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Items returned after the thirty-day period of the purchase date will only be eligible for exchange.


Please note that the original Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A traceable, insured return package is highly recommended.
