I need help finding items. Where do I go?
Our site offers two, comprehensive search
engines, Text or Numeric. Text search allows you to search by typing words
describing the item you need, including full or partial model numbers.
This is our most comprehensive search method. It will take you directly
to your item if you type in your exact manufacturer name and model. Our
numeric search allows you to search by the typing a number that corresponds
to the exact or related manufacturers part number or an ivitex part number.
Each search brings up lists of items in particular groups.

I already know what items I want. How do
I find them quickly?
Click on the search button on the top of
the page and enter the manufacturers part number in the correct field
and click the search button. This will bring you directly to your item
of choice.

How do I keep track of the items I've previously
ordered?
You can click on the "checkout"
link located a the top of each page. To place more items on order simply
enter the quantities on the items you wish to purchase and submit your
order.

How can I get more information about a certain
product?
Click on the  button
, this button is located below the picture of any item you choose. Once
clicked, a window will pop up.This pop up window should provide extended
facts about the item, detailed specifications, and more information the
manufacturer has provided. Some of our products have a one minute pop
up video~stream similar to a commercial on TV.
After clicking the button your
selected item displays a bap™
pop up window. bap™
stands for (beginner),
(advance) or (professional).
Simply click your preferred level and " Learn While You Shop "
Consumers are attracted by the convenience of quick click one minute learning
levels and the ability to make a knowledgable buying decision. Proprietary
product videos are found on sponsored items only. (Note: with some internet
browsers you may need to shut off your pop-up blocker, or give permissions
to allow pop-ups for the ivitex.com website.)

How can I order a hard to find product?
If you have not been able to locate that
hard to find item, simply email us at info@ivitex.com
Provide as much information as you have and
we'll do the research for you. We'll get you prices and estimated delivery
time and will notify you, via e-mail, with specific information related
to your special order.

How can I find a product that's right for
the application?
You can find a like item with a Text search.
Once the results appear on the screen you can check out the alternative
selections and see if one of those options will help you.

How secure is your secure ordering?
ivitex.com uses TWATE a VeriSign's Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt orders.

How will I receive confirmation of my order?
Once your order is placed ivitex.com will
quickly send you a confirming e-mail to the address you provided when
ordering. Within 15 business days you will receive a second e-mail with
a UPS tracking number and if applicable a list of any items not shipped.
Once you receive your tracking number you can come back to our site, click
on [ package tracking ] Link.
Or you can access our "News and Information links",
which provides a you direct link to FedEx, UPS, or the US Postal Service.
By entering your order tracking number you will be able to see exactly
where your shipment is located. You will also receive notification regarding
any item that will be on backorder for longer than 30 days. These items
will be kept on backorder unless you e-mail info@ivitex.com
or contact customer service to cancel. Any questions regarding this can
be directed to our customer service department.

Can I ship items to a different address
than my own?
Certainly. If the billing address and shipping
address are different, simply enter the shipping address on the order
form when you check out. If you are placing an order that requires product
to be shipped to more than one location please enter an order for each
and shipping address for each location.

What do you charge for shipping and how
long will it take to receive my package?
The lowest shipping rate maybe as low as
$6.00 US dollars via the US Postal Service. For USPS shipments outside
the continental US, customers will be charged added international shipping
and handling fees as well as added insurance fees. Most packages are shipped
via a standard ground service and can take from 5 to 30 business days
to arrive. If you would like to have your package shipped faster, other
services are available for an additional costs. Orders are normally shipped
within one to five business days and most shipments arrive within 5 business
days of shipping. There are instances when shipments may be delayed (weather,
holidays or alternative shipping methods). We will do everything possible
to make sure you receive your shipment as quickly as possible.
