ivitex.com offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except:
Refurbished items can only generate an RMA repair/refund within 5 days of the invoice date.
Retail, OEM, and Refurbished CPUs have a refund/replacement guarantee for 7 days.
All softwares, opened DVD-R/RAM/RW media, opened ink and cartridges are not returnable.
All Monitors, Notebooks, PDAs, Printers, Scanners, GPS Devices, Home theatres and
Digital Cameras are serviced by the manufacturers directly. Please contact the manufacturer for service.
LCD and CRT type monitors are only replaced with 8 or more dead pixels. ivitex does not service or repair monitors.
Contact the manufacturer for repairs/service/replacements for Televisions, LCDs, LCDTVs, and Plasma TVs.
To take advantage of ivitex.com's return policy, the Customer agrees to comply with ivitex.com's Product Return Procedure.
All return shipments not in compliance with the rma procedures will be rejected.
Any breach of ivitex.com's RMA Policy and Procedure will result in the loss of ivitex.com's replacement/return option.
