Add each of the identical item you are trying to get as replacement to your shopping basket unless it's not orderable. The process is the same as placing a new order.

The replacement item must be identical to what was originally ordered and shipped unless it was due to our mistake.

$19 service fee per item will be charged and is not refundable. The service fee is necessary since cross-shipping does add the work load to our order processing, bookkeeping, and shipping departments.

You must pay shipping for cross-shipping a replacement unless it was due to our mistake.

We will not charge the price of the item on your new order, but you agree and promise to return the defective item back to us within 14 calender days from today. Your replacement item will be charged if the defected item is not received within 21 days. Cross shipping is not available for high value (>$100) processors, memory or hard drives.

Cross shipping is limited to items that are received within 30 days.

Please note that not all cross-shipping is necessary.

For items such as motherboards, please indicate whether you want us to send the manual, driver CD, cables or other peripherals so that you can keep the first ones you received.

Consider not cross-shipping all the components. For instance, if you have a defective power supply, just request cross-shipping the power supply but not the entire case. That would save you shipping cost.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your replacement is sent.

The actual shipping time of the replacement depends on the availability of the item, which is subject to change without notice. You may track the cross-shipped package with your new order number. Inquire your return package with service@ivitex.com

ivitex.com reserves the right to verify and confirm the cross-shipping request before shipping.
