There
will be a $10 service charge for each package. If the return is due
to our mistake or shipping damage, the $10 service charge will be
waived.
Customer is responsible for the UPS Ground shipping. The service fee
and shipping must be paid before an ARS is issued. The shipping charge
will be waived if the return is due to our mistake or shipping damage.
The shipping charge may be adjusted to reflect the actual weight and
size of the package and the distance from the nearest ivitex location.
You may use this item together with Cross-Shipping
Request, RMA request,
Discrepancy Report
(D/R), and Shipping
Damage Report.
Completely fill in your email and sent multiple emails if you have
multiple packages to return.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation for this request.
You may use this service with a new order or replacement request.
If you do, we'll send you the ARS label with the packing slip. When
UPS delivers the package, open the packing slip, place the ARS label
on your package and give the package to the UPS driver. Make sure
you have some body there to receive the package.
If you are not ordering new items from us, we'll mail the ARS via
US Postal Service First Class Mail. Once you receive the ARS label,
peel if off and place it on your package. Give the package to any
UPS driver you can find, drop it off at a UPS station, or call 800-Pick-UPS
to schedule a pick-up.
ARS is for UPS Ground only. ARS is currently NOT available for FedEx
or USPS. Do not use ARS for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin
Islands, International cities outside the US or APO/FPO addresses.
ARS does provide the advantage of online tracking of a returned package.
