Send your original application to us by US Mail.
To speed the process of setting up your account with us you can fax your completed application to 714-848-7139.
You may also send us your completed application as a attatchment file via email to sales@ivitex.com
Note: We can only open your new ivitex account once we have received your fully completed application and
with full valid signatures in hard copy format, so they can be officially approved by our accounting department.
You will receive a confirmation email and phone call to acknowledge your approval or denial for a dealer account.
