For Free Monthly Prize Drawing

Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary. It's simple to enter the ivitex free drawing: Just complete the online entry form located on our website, http://www.ivitex.com/sil.htm. Your entry will be voided if required information is not provided. All duplicated entries for the day will be deleted and the only original valid entry will be used. Prize drawings are on the 1st of each month as listed on the www.ivitex.com/sil.htm website page. All online participating drawingants must re-enter every month to remain eligible for winning the giveaway prizes on The ivitex Free drawing. You must enter before the last day of each calendar month. Odds of winning a free prize will be determined by an Official ivitex computer drawn selection from only the number of valid entries. Winners are selected at random from all valid entries by the ivitex.com president whose decision is final.

All prizes will be sent to winners via United States Postal Service within 30 days of the drawing date. No substituting The ivitex Free drawing giveaway prizes. Winner will gain responsibility for taxes of the prize awarded. Drawing may be discontinued at any time. The ivitex Free drawing is open to all United States residents, except employees and immediate families of ivitex.com, its affiliates, sponsors, subsidiaries, or organizations donating these giveaway prizes. The ivitex Free drawing is subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited. Also as a condition of entering this drawing, participant agrees that under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards.

Participant input information and materials are void if incomplete and are not legible if they contain errors. All online participating entries agree to be bound by these rules. IVITEX assumes No responsibility for entries lost, stolen, delayed or misdirected. By entering this drawing, you agree that any information you send to IVITEX becomes the property of IVITEX and may be posted and or published, and none will be returned.
